Just keeping in touch

School:

School is going okay. I'm taking four classes right now, all of which are going quite well. I am officially in my third year, so I'm trying to buckle down and keep the marks up!

Work

I quit my job at the Depot in August. Now I am just focusing on school. But I have stumbled accross a new buisness oppertunity. I am currently working with USANA Health Sciences. It's great because there is no commitment for me to work a certain number of hours a week (like most part time jobs). Instead I work when I want to, and eventually I will be making a very nice profit:D I was also conditionally accepted the the Co-op program, and should be doing my first work placement this summer.

Friends

Things are going great with all my friends. My new roomate Brianna is great! Our friendship has quickly escalated, and now we are living together! Sara just baught her first place. It's a lovely condo on Burnside. She's also dating this super sweet fella named Jon. Danielle is back at Camosun. She's taking some random courses before entering her program. We communicate regularly through Xanga and occasionally MSN. Although we don't see eachother a lot, I feel like we're staying in touch very well. I just hung out with Katelyn and Kyla again. Things are going well for Katelyn as well. She has been at her job for a year now, and is doing very well. Her and Paul are living in the basement suite of Paul's mom's house. Kyla and her new beau Mike are also living together. He just moved into Kyla's basement suite. Kyla is still working at Starbucks, but has recently been transferred to the Canwest location in preperation for becoming management!!! I have also kept in touch with new friends from the Depot. My friend Sami is such a sweetie! And then there is Carolina! That girl is dope! She's in Brazil right now, having a hella awesome time. She should be back in November sometime ... can't wait to chill with that chick again. There's also Danielle Rivest! We haven't spoken for a little bit, but she's very busy with work and her new courses! She has just gone back to school and is specializing in the addiction studies program!

Family

Things are going okay with my family. I'm living with my brother, and he always seems to find new and interesting ways to annoy the fuck out of me! My mom and I are doing okay. We got into a huge fight when I started dating this guy Mike. That was pretty brutal. But that has passed, and we're getting along better. I have been finding that our personalities have been clashing. There are a lot of things about her that I don't understand. My dad is doing good. He has been working in "stores" at MDS ... I have no clue what that means, but he's enjoying it and that's all that matters. Jennifer has just started her first year at the highschool, and so far she is doing very well! Hope she keeps it up!!!

Love

Hmm, the love category. I did a lot of dating this summer! I don't even want to go into the details of my dating escapades! Just after I quit the depot I began dating this guy from work named Mike. As stated in my last entry, I had a crush on him! It's kind of cool that we're actually dating, not that I have any clue as to where it is going. I am also not looking to settle down anytime soon, but we're having fun and that's the important thing!
